401 K Retirement Plan

Tindale Oliver offers a 401 K retirement plan that includes matching contributions by the company (discretionary); employees may contribute pre-tax dollars.

Bonus Program

Tindale Oliver’s profit sharing program in the form of bonuses is available to all employees. Bonuses may be provided for outstanding performance based on the employee’s annual review or for outstanding effort on a particular project or activity.

Flexible Work Schedules

Tindale Oliver’s flex-time program may be offered to all full-time employees to assist in balancing the needs of their personal and professional schedules. Options include flex time, telecommuting, and compressed work week.


Tindale Oliver makes available to eligible employees several types of insurance. These include:

  • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance – Individual and family group medical insurance and hospital benefits, including company cost-sharing.
  • Short- and Long-Term Life Insurance – Basic term policy for full-time employees.
  • Short-Term Disability Insurance – Available after three months of continued employment, with 75% of the monthly premium paid by Tindale Oliver.
Paid Time Off

Full-time employees receive 9 paid holidays and 15 to 22 days of paid time off per year, based upon employment with the company. Paid time off can be used for vacation and/or sick leave.

Professional Certifications or License Fees

Tindale Oliver supports employee involvement in professional organizations and continued professional development. Full-time employees may receive one company-paid professional certification or license.
